Homemade Liquid Soap

Hey Everyone – Happy Wednesday!

Thought I would share a couple of my essential oil recipes I have used this week.

I have been slowly replacing some of our store bought products with homemade ones with essential oils such as cleaning products, air fresheners, perfume and hand liquid soap.  It is a slow process as I am changing products as I run out of the current ones.

This week it was time to make soap for our outdoor kitchen.  I wanted to have an earthy blend of oils, nothing too girly, just something that suited our outdoors vibe!  Check out the recipe below – photo above.  The recipe cards you can find in my store HERE! 30% Discount available if you grab my affirmation cards for FREE, just click HERE!

Foaming Soap Dispenser – mine is from By Me
2 Tablespoons Castile Soap
1 Tablespoon Liquid Coconut Oil
5 drops Rosemary Essential Oil
7 drops Cedarwood Essential Oil
Top with water and shake gently.

Yesterday was a blah day, I won’t lie, they come sometimes and yesterday was one.  I was overwhelmed and anxiety was high so I turned to my oils.  I had lots to do and needed some energy as well as a calming influence.  After a quick look a grabbed Rose and Black Pepper, perfect!  I diffused 5 drops of each in my diffuser and though it didn’t keep the demons completely at bay it definitely made a difference.

Just a quick note – I use only pure essential oils, and my collection of oils and the majority of my DIY products come from Eco Modern Essentials.  I have been using Eco Modern Essentials for quite a while now and as my love for this brand evolved I later became a product ambassador and affiliate, happily sharing my use with their oils and so much more!!

Time to get the bread into the oven – more about that recipe another day!!  Don’t forget to grab my gorgeous gift of affirmations and your 30% off discount code HERE!!

Till Next Time
Stay Inspired
