Thought I would share a couple of my essential oil recipes I have used this week.

I have been slowly replacing some of our store bought products with homemade ones with essential oils such as cleaning products, air fresheners, perfume and hand liquid soap.  It is a slow process as I am changing products as I run out of the current ones.

Foaming Soap Dispenser – mine is from By Me
2 Tablespoons Castile Soap
1 Tablespoon Liquid Coconut Oil
5 drops Rosemary Essential Oil
7 drops Cedarwood Essential Oil
Top with water and shake gently.

Yesterday was a blah day, I won’t lie, they come sometimes and yesterday was one.  I was overwhelmed and anxiety was high so I turned to my oils.  I had lots to do and needed some energy as well as a calming influence.  After a quick look a grabbed Rose and Black Pepper, perfect!  I diffused 5 drops of each in my diffuser and though it didn’t keep the demons completely at bay it definitely made a difference.
